OUR STORY
I started working in the food service industry around the age of eleven. I went on to become a sous chef and earn my degree in business and entrepreneurship with plans on doing something on my own.
I'd never thought about opening a bakery until having a conversation with a friend of the family who is a household name and very well known in the homemade market and having them recommend that I open my own bakery.
It was a good idea. I spent the next few years learning to bake and much to my surprise found passion in delivering top quality breads and cakes!
